We all sometimes find ourselves worrying about our energy bills. That's why it's so important to submit regular meter readings - cast your worries aside, and know exactly where you stand with your energy usage!

It’ll take us a little longer than usual to respond to our DMs this week, so if you’re looking for a quicker response, try our Facebook chat or give us a call on 0800 009 3719. Remember, if your matter is urgent contact 0800 111 999 for gas and 105 for electricity.

Remember to take a moment to submit your meter readings and know where you stand with your energy bills ⚡

The move to E.ON Next is on our doorstep! Make sure to keep an eye on your emails so that you are up to date with all the changes affecting your account. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to message us and one of our advisers will be happy to help.

To prepare you for your move to E.ON Next, we would like to remind you that if you currently pay your bills via a recurring credit card payment, you will need to update this to a Direct Debit instead. You can do so in the Settings of your online account.

Have you nominated someone else to receive your bills on your behalf? If you have, and you want this to keep happening once you move to E.ON Next - please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can set this up.
