As established energy brokers, Energy Solutions are used to tracking the wholesale gas markets every day. We also review upcoming changes from Xoserve and green taxes and, more importantly, pinpoint which suppliers are currently offering the best balance of price and service.

When we work with you, we’ll ensure that we quickly gain a full understanding of your gas portfolio, your current gas contract, be it fixed, flexible or day ahead, and your buying goals moving forward.

Our gas tender process is just as open – we’ll tell you about the suppliers that we approached and who replied, and report on all the prices that we received. We’ll also provide recommendations based on our view of the market and our rating of each supplier. We don’t approach all gas suppliers for prices either. For example, if the supplier’s having financial difficulties or provides really poor customer service, we’ll quickly rule them out, thus protecting you, our customer.

Once the tender process is complete and you’ve chosen your new gas contract, we’ll work hard to ensure that the contract goes live as smoothly as possible. This includes handling any objections, queries or issues that may arise. Then, during the life of the contract, we’ll validate and approve all bills to make sure you’re being charged the agreed rates, and highlighting any potential savings.
And, if you want to add new sites to your gas contracts, for example if you change locations, or make any other changes, we’re on hand to help with that too. We also watch the wholesale markets so that we can recommend the best time to renew your contracts.
