If XOServe are lacking in data regarding the supply when you are in a home or business property, you are likely to receive a variety of letters like this one; By sending this letter, you are being informed that you are likely not being charged by a supplier for your gas, which could lead you to serious legal and financial trouble in a short time. As stated below, there is also an extreme danger of your gas supply pipe being disconnected, which could take longer term to fix.

If you have a gas supplier…
You can resolve this problem with a recent bill received from the company. This should share your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN), and if it is different to that shown on your warning letter, you can contact XOServe immediately with the details of this; from here, you’re one step closer to solving your problem!

If you do not have a gas supplier…
If you do not have a contract with a gas supplier, you could be in danger of being billed for an estimate of up to 12 months worth of gas at a rate you cannot negotiate.
