How To View Good Energy Meter readings

To get the most accurate energy bills possible, it is recommended that one week before your bill is due, you should submit a meter reading. It should be noted that Good Energy only provides its meter reading service twice a year. The meter reading service is where meter readers will visit your home you take an accurate reading.

However, during the rest of the year, your usage will be estimated, so by providing regular meter readings, you’ll make sure your bills are as accurate as possible.

Meanwhile, Good Energy has a simple and quick method of submitting your meter reading, so the process can be done efficiently and shouldn’t take too much time. To submit a reading, you can use the following methods:
Over the phone by calling 0800 254 0000.
Through your online account.
Via the Good Energy app or website.

How To Pay your Good Energy bill

Most customers pay Good Energy bills through Direct Debit. After this is set up, Good Energy will provide confirmation of the date and amount that the first Direct Debit payment will be collected.

Also, customers are notified 10 working days in advance of accounts being debited.

Unfortunately, as Good Energy supplies energy to less than 250,000 customers, the Warm Home Discount does not apply to Good Energy customers. This means that you will need to switch to a supplier that offers the scheme if you would like to take advantage of the £140 rebate off your winter energy bills.
