A brilliant new interactive timeline shows you how much energy you’ve been using and predicts how much you’re likely to use in the coming months. This will make it easier for you to spot where you can make savings.
We understand that life is hectic. It’s sometimes a struggle to remember what day it is, never mind when your next meter reading is due. With the new app, you’ll get a prompt to read your meter before your next bill is due, which will help us make your bill more accurate. We’ve also made it really easy to send a meter reading.
We’ll also remind you when your tariff is changing, or when your meter is next due for inspection.
And if you can’t find what you need, you can use the web chat feature, where our customer service advisors are waiting to help.

If you already have our old app, it will either be updated automatically – if your phone has automatic updates switched on – or you can update it manually through the app store. And don’t worry; all your existing energy data will be transferred from the old app to the new one.
