We're having some problems with top ups through our app and website and also at PayPoint outlets. We're working really hard to solve this.

If you've lost your top up cards or forgotten them at home there's no need to worry, we've made topping up on the go easier with our new barcode feature. You can use this feature at your local Paypoint and PayZone to top your smart meter up.

With our new Nabuh Energy v.2 app there's no need to take a trip out to the shop in the snow to top up your meter.
