ENGIE’s Board of Directors has appointed Jean-Louis Beffa as Vice Chairman-Senior Director of the Board of Directors.
His responsibilities are set out in the Board of Directors internal regulations.
Jean-Louis Beffa is Honorary Chairman of Saint-Gobain, as well as Chairman of ENGIE’s Appointments and Remuneration Committee.
